A tiny desktop robot that yells at you to sit up.

Install

npm install -g posturefix

Usage

posturefix              # Select interval from menu
posturefix set 30       # Remind every 30 minutes
posturefix set 10s      # Remind every 10 seconds
posturefix stop         # Stop reminder
posturefix status       # Check if running
posturefix help         # Show help

Just fix your posture

• Your posture does not need another quiet notification to ignore.
• The robot shows up only after real active work, right when your shoulders start creeping up.
• It yells, bounces, and disappears quickly: enough drama to make you move, not another app to manage.
• If you already stepped away for a real break, posturefix counts that and starts fresh.
